Comcast mail won't work on Mail.app... - Apple Community

I cannot send or receive Comcast mail in Mail.app. They suggested one of the ports be changed from 587 to 465 but that did not work either. Same answer from the Twitter Comcast help account who helped me previously with a streaming issue that was Comcast's fault (I proved it but not after having to spend $500 on a new iPad to make my point). This is driving me insane as I use Comcast as my main email for WORK.
